Post Renovation cleaning

Rooms, kitchen, hallway

Clean all rooms from construction dust, paint splashes, cement, drywall filler, mastic, grout etc

Remove dust from surfaces, walls

Thoroughly clean chandeliers and all light fixtures

Clean curtain rods, air conditioners

Сlean all the wardrobes exteriors including the top surface

Wiping shelves inside closets if it’s empty (personal belonings don’t touch)

Clean windowsills and remove protective tape, paint off the window frames

Clean pictures or other decorations at the wall

Clean the exterior and interior of all appliances from packaging and dust (if it’s new)

Vacuum upholstery underneath and behind, under the cushions of the couches and in crevices of chairs, plump cushions

Move aside furniture(sofas, bedside tables)-vacuum and mop the floors behind and under the furniture

Wash down all woodwork (doors, door frames), mirrors and glass fixtures

Scrub walls from top to bottom and remove any paint splash/cement (if the material is washable)

Clean baseboards, doors, doorknobs and doorframes

Vacuum and deep clean floors (parquet, laminate, linoleum, tile) with a special post renovation detergent

Bathrooms

Clean the wall tiles from grout, paint splashes, cement

Clean the shower space from any cement left behind, get it descaled and polished

Clean bathroom exhaust fan

Wash cabinet exteriors and interiors(if no items, personal belonings don’t touch)

Clean thoroughly sink, taps and vanity tops

Scrub and disinfect bidets, toilet, including around base, under seat and around hinges

Clean outside and inside of washing machine

Clean mirrors and glass cabinets

Vacuum and scrub floors
