6. Accuracy of the data provided by Users

The User guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided for registration as a User and agrees to modify or, when not possible by themselves, request ROCKET CLEANERS to modify them. The User will be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and ROCKET CLEANERS reserves the right to exclude any User who has provided false information from the functionalities, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken under the law.

It is recommended that Users protect their data with the utmost diligence using appropriate security tools. ROCKET CLEANERS will not be responsible for any theft, unlawful modification, or loss of data resulting from the User's lack of diligence in accessing their Account.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State where they have their habitual residence, place of work, or the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not compliant with the regulations, as well as in the event that they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. The Supervisory Authority to which the complaint has been lodged will inform the complainant about the progress and outcome of the complaint.
