How to get great reviews?
1. Come on time
When you are chosen as a Pro for the project, discuss all the details, including the date and time when you need to be at the customer. Come to the customer at exact time. If something has happened and you are late, call in advance and let him know.
2. Be polite and friendly
Be polite and friendly with the customer. It matters because customers are twice as likely to hire you again. Customers pay attention not only to the quality of work, but also to how you communicate with them. Great customer experience comes along with offering great service — and that’s what customers highly appreciate.
3. Share cleaning tips
Customers very often need additional cleaning advice connected with the project. For example, share tips which cleaning solutions to use on this or that surface/piece of furniture and how it is easier to keep them looking great.
4. Keep the customer informed about the work process
While doing your work, don't forget to inform the client from time to time about the status of the work. If you don't have time to finish the job, let the customer know in advance so you can change the completion time.
5. Remind the customer to close the order and leave a review
After finishing the job you need to remind the customer to close the order by clicking on "Order completed" and leave a review. A positive feedback will help you to get more job offers.
6. Pay attention to details
Each order requires special approach. When you start your work pay attention to details. Here we give you some examples:
- if the work is performed in an apartment, do not forget to bring change shoes or shoe covers;
- if you do apartment cleaning, before you start tell the client what detergents you will use. Ask him if he or any of his family members are allergic to chemicals;
- go to the client with the tools you may need.
7. Have the right dialogue with the customer over the phone
First impression is the most important thing. That is why it is necessary to know how to start the conversation with the client as it depends whether you are going to get the offer or not. Here we give you a simple example of how to communicate with the client:
"Good afternoon, my name is (your name). I am a Rocketcleaners service professional and I am calling you about the order (order name). I have enough experience to do this job. I just need to clarify some details (details you want to clarify). It will take (approximate time you need to do the job) to do the job. I am ready to start."
8. Try to anticipate the problem before it happens.
As you get started on the job, you may discover some additional details that are worth discussing. For example, as you start cleaning the kitchen cabinets you noticed some scratches on the surface. Take a picture before you start working and tell the customer about it.
9. Guarantee your work
We are all human and it is normal that even the best professional makes mistakes in his work. You should always be willing to correct work that is not 100% done.
