1. Right to information

We inform you that this Website https://rocketcleaners.es (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is owned by TechBind OÜ (hereinafter "ROCKET CLEANERS"), with registration number 16837906, and registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Võru tn 11, 13612, Estonia. Registered in Tartu County Court Registration Department.

Access to and/or use of the Platform grants you the status of user, and you accept, from such access and/or use, this Legal Notice and, where applicable, the changes made to it.

2. Use of the Platform

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Platform. The Platform may provide access to a variety of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, and information (hereinafter referred to as "Content") belonging to ROCKET CLEANERS or third parties that the User may access.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Content and functionalities offered through the Platform and, in an enunciative but not limited manner, not to use them to:

(i) Engage in unlawful, illegal, or contrary to good faith and public order activities.

(ii) Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of ROCKET CLEANERS' Platform, its Users, or third parties.

(iii) Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages.

(iv) Attempt to access, use, and/or manipulate the data of ROCKET CLEANERS, third-party providers, and other users.

(v) Delete, conceal, or manipulate the Content subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and other identifying data of such rights of ROCKET CLEANERS or third parties incorporated into the Content, as well as technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the Content.

ROCKET CLEANERS shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conduct in accordance with the law, as well as to collaborate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.

ROCKET CLEANERS may temporarily and without prior notice suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, repairs, updates, or improvements. However, whenever possible, ROCKET CLEANERS will notify the User in advance of the scheduled date for the suspension of functionalities. ROCKET CLEANERS is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included in the Platform.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual property rights over the content and graphic design of this Platform (merely by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software or source code, designs, texts, trademarks, or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.) that are hosted and made available to Users (hereinafter the "Content") are the exclusive property of ROCKET CLEANERS or a third party authorized by ROCKET CLEANERS to use them. Therefore, ROCKET CLEANERS has the exclusive right to exploit such content and graphic design.

ROCKET CLEANERS does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Platform or the absence of errors in its Content. When reasonably possible, ROCKET CLEANERS will give advance notice of any interruptions in the operation of the Platform. However, ROCKET CLEANERS does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing the Platform or its Content, nor does it guarantee that the Platform will be updated or free of viruses or other harmful elements.

However, ROCKET CLEANERS cannot be held responsible for:

ROCKET CLEANERS may temporarily and without prior notice suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, repairs, updates, or improvements. However, whenever possible, ROCKET CLEANERS will communicate to the User, with sufficient advance notice, the scheduled date for the suspension of functionalities. ROCKET CLEANERS is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included in the Platform.

6. Duration and modification

This Legal Notice will be in effect indefinitely, and ROCKET CLEANERS may make changes to the specified conditions, which will take effect from the moment of their publication.

ROCKET CLEANERS may delete, add, or modify both the published Content and the functionalities provided through the Platform, as well as the way in which they are located or presented. The conditions published at the time the User accesses the ROCKET CLEANERS Platform shall be considered valid.

Accessing and/or using the Platform implies the User's acceptance of this Legal Notice and its conditions, as well as any changes made to them.

7. Hyperlinks

ROCKET CLEANERS assumes no responsibility for links to other applications or websites found on the ROCKET CLEANERS Platform to the extent that they are external applications or websites over which ROCKET CLEANERS has no control.

In any case, ROCKET CLEANERS guarantees that it will not deliberately include hyperlinks that redirect to websites or platforms that may cause harm or damage to the User.

Likewise, the inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not imply the approval of their content by ROCKET CLEANERS or the existence of any kind of association between ROCKET CLEANERS and the owners of other websites or applications.

8. Publication of Service Requests, Comments, and Opinions on the Platform

ROCKET CLEANERS assumes no responsibility for the comments, opinions, or messages sent and/or received through the Platform. The User will be solely responsible for the content and accuracy of such comments, opinions, or messages.

Users have the ability to publish ads requesting cleaning services, comments, and opinions on the Platform. Users expressly declare that the content of any publication on the Platform is their exclusive property or that they have express authorization from the respective owners, and they are solely responsible in case such content violates the rights of third parties. Specifically, they must refrain from providing personal data of third parties.

Users should be aware that such publications must contain expressions that are suitable for all audiences, refraining from incorporating indecent content or content that is considered inappropriate or offensive to general sensibilities. In particular, the Platform will not allow:

(i) Discriminatory publications: Publications that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, image, and dignity of individuals will not be allowed. Discriminatory publications based on race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance are prohibited.

(ii) Degrading content: Publications that are intimidating, threatening, degrading, or in any way promote violence against a person or a specific group are not allowed.

Furthermore, ROCKET CLEANERS reserves the right to limit the access of users who have violated the provisions of this section.

ROCKET CLEANERS will pursue the violation of this Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of its portal, by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
